Vice President of Operations
Jeff Davis is currently the Vice President of Operations for 3PLWorx, which specializes in productivity pay for warehouses, distribution centers, and cross dock facilities. 3PLWorx also has the capability to be a true managed labor provider for one department of your facility or the entire operation.
In this position, Jeff is responsible for evaluating a company’s current labor costs and determining the proper cost per unit/activity that would maximize productivity in the warehouse. He is also responsible for the oversight of the company sales and implementations, ensuring customer satisfaction from start to finish.
Jeff joined 3PLWorx in January of 2015 coming from over 15 years of temporary staffing and business consulting experience where he was responsible for nationwide contracts and implementations. Majority of his customers were distribution companies so he knew the value of even a slight increase in productivity which made him a perfect fit for 3PLWorx.
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Alvernia University along with several managed labor certifications.
